Our Tweed Valley & Gold Coast lawyers can undertake a range of legal matters, such as conveyancing, powers of attorney, wills, leasing and finalising deceased estates for you and your family. Budd & Piper Solicitors & Conveyancers is the oldest and longest serving legal practice in the Tweed Valley and Gold Coast. Operating since 1927, our firm was established by the late Frederick Knight Budd, who opened the practice in order to provide clients with reliable and personalised legal advice and representation. His son, Derek Knight Budd, was admitted to practice as a solicitor in New South Wales and Queensland in 1956, after graduating from the University of Sydney. Upon the joining the firm in 1956, Derek spent the rest of his life practicing law at Tweed Heads and Murwillumbah, serving generations of local families and the wider community until his passing in 2014.
William Campbell is now the sole legal practitioner at Budd & Piper, having been with the firm for over 25 years. He is supported by a team of eight secretarial, conveyancing & administrative staff, continuing the proud tradition of legal service to the Tweed and Gold Coast community commenced by the Budd family in 1927.
